Cracker of a night at the Lime Kiln with a while back. We have started splitting the night in two. We work with one camera at a time and focus on one idea. Chris went first tonight and once he'd bagged a peach it was my turn. I've found our productivity in working this way far higher than before and instead of ending up with lots of mediocre shots we can focus on nailing an idea as we envisioned plus have an individual piece each.
Framed, focused and worked out best exposures for each element and fired the shutter. Lightning bolt exposed from tablet screen and lens cap on. Next I changed focus and zoomed out to 11mm and span the dome tool (tutorial on dome tools in the Discord link below) . Chris stood on the back wall behind me and popped the flash twice as I stood still, next was the net curtain which he waved about, lighting it as he went with a torch and orange gel. Finally he then switched on the laser which we let burn in for a couple of minutes.
Single long exposure light art created in complete darkness using teamwork and our imaginations.
