I have invited many of my friends to Steemit but unfortunately only a few remain. This is because they do not get enough votes and encouragement to complete.
In fact when I invite a friend to Steemit, I do my best to help him with my experience and knowledge of the rules, even though they fail after a few days. اليوم قررت وضع منشور حوار مهم للغاية أناقش فيه جل المشاكل والعراقل التي في غالبية الأمر يواجهها المستخدمين الجدد في ستييميت، والذي هو من أكبر اﻷسباب التي تجعلهم يتركون هذه المنصة الرائعة ويستسلمون بعد مرور بضعة أسابيع أو أشهر بعد انضمامهم
لقد قمت بدعوة الكثير من أصدقائي إلى ستيميت ولكن للأسف لم يتبقى منهم سوى عدد قليل. وهذا راجع لكونهم لا يحصلون على ما يكفي من الأصوات و التشجيعات لإكمال مشوارهم
في الواقع عندما أقوم بدعوة صديق إلى ستيميت، أبذل قصارى جهدي لمساعدته من خلال خبرتي المسبقة ومعرفتي لقوانين النشر في المنصة، بالرغم من ذلك يصبح فاشل بعد مرور أيام قليلة ربما هذا راجع لرؤيته أرباح مهولة للحيتان الكبيرة. كما أنهم لايجدون دعم جيد على منشوراتهم وهذا هو السبب الرئيسي وراء تركهم المنصة
ما وجهة نظرك ؟؟ هل هم على حق؟ هل واجهتك هذه المشاكل من قبل؟
أريد أن أخبركم أصدقائي. أن اﻷعضاء هنا يتنافسون مع بعضهم البعض للحصول على بعض الإهتمام و الدعم من الحيتان لمنشوراتهم. كما أن المنافسة في أعلى مستوياتها الآن مقارنة بأيامي اﻷولى على المنصة. باﻹضافة لعملة الستيم الرئيسية التي تعرف إنخفاضا كبيراً في اﻷيام اﻷخيرة. سبب انخفاض حاد في قوة التصويت لدى المقيمين. و هذا يجعلهم يجدون صعوبة في التصويت على جميع المنشورات ذات المحتوى الجيد
لهذا أخي توقف عن الشكوى من هذه الأشياء وابدأ في العمل على ابتكار المزيد من المحتوى الجيد وبذل مجهود أكبر، كن مبدعا وانشر فنك الشخصي. فأنا أسميها" منصة الأحلام". لأنه إذا لم تستطع فعل ذلك فلن تكون لك فرصة هنا. وهذا هو واقع اﻷمر عزيزي.
وعلى الرغم من ذلك هناك الكثير من الطرق التي من الممكن أن تكسب منها بعض المكافآت الجيدة و التي في بعض الأحيان تصل إلى تصويتات مرتفعة لم تكن تتوقعها مثل
بدلا من الانتظار أن تتحصل على بعض التصويتات من أحد الحيتان. قم باستغلال موهبة كامنة لديك و قم بتطبيقها هنا

لذا توقف عن إلقاء اللوم على الجميع بأنك لا تحصل على ما يكفي من الأصوات عليك بإلقاء اللوم على نفسك أولاً وتبدأ في استكشاف نفسك واستخدم موهبتك على شكل واحدة من هذه الدابابس على الستيم بلوكشين وستنجح بالتأكيد لا محالة لها
