I was having my holiday and realised something, hanging on the garden.I went outside and saw the Araujia sericifera,looks very weird to me at first.
Araujia sericifera, also called the moth plant or cruel vine. It looks lovely with its silky white flowers and big balloon-like pods, but don’t be fooled — it’s an aggressive climber that can choke other plants.
Native to South America, it’s now considered invasive in many countries. Its flowers even trap insects, which is how it got its dark nickname. Beautiful, yes — but definitely one to watch out for!
