Sorry but I was not able to get to know its name as I was just riding a taxi going somewhere else when I happened to passed by the place. Out of curiousity why it was designed like that, very uncommon, but whatever reasons the designer had I was mesmerized with the flower garden thus I hurriedly took my phone camera to capture this before the taxi driver hurriedly take me to my final destination. Whether you agree or not , everything accentuated with flowers will look more stunning and magnificient.
