This bridge was very controversial when it was inaugurated at the entrance to the city of Jerusalem.
Those who were against it said that it doesn't suit the character of the city, adding that it was too expensive and ugly.
I personally like it. I love the combination of old and modern in the city and also the fact that it opens one more level for traffic and for pedestrians.
