I’ve been back and forth between Moscow and the UK for a while now and I often struggle to see past a lot of the cold, grey weather that both countries offer. But sometimes all I really need is to visit the historical centre to find something thrilling about slugging through the elements. If you are like me, and always dreamt about visiting Russia, then you will have envisaged the great man-made wonders of the world around Red Square. I remember feeling like a kid on Christmas morning when I finally seen it for the first time. I took this photo from the south end of Red Square, on an autumn evening outside of the famous Gum Department Store.
