La Poba en Cartagena

On top of a mountain close to the old town of Cartagena is a small church, which is known as La Poba. It is a small little church with a great view of the city landscape as well as quite a bit of history abut the area and church. I am personally not the biggest fan of going to church in my adult life but I do respect their ability to build impressive structures...

However, if you do decide to visit this landmark whilst exploring the coastal city of Cartagena be sure your spanish reading abilities are adequate, as there is little English translation at La Poba, which gives it bit more of a less touristy feel that I do enjoy.
