Located in the village of Peitian, Pujian Province in South East China, this 20 m2 shelter is a creation of the Irish architect Donn Holohan.
Called "Sun Room", this structure is a blend of the local tradition of bamboo weaving and 3D modeling techniques. This shelter serves as a refuge for farmers during very hot days. The entire village community has invested in this project by weaving and mounting the structure.
