This three-storey, architecturally designed residence is clad in textured granite. When the sun's rays hit the uneven surface, they make the outer envelope lighter.
The rectilinear design benefits from the irregular material, which makes it possible to soften the projecting edges of each volume. Architects also associated light gray granite with vertical wood details for contrast. An outdoor space extends from the main living space with fully retractable glass doors that open to create a smooth transition. Throughout the interior as well as outside, three different granites have been used, but thanks to the builders and stonecutters, they offer a coherent whole. A private Japanese garden has an outdoor shower. The main bathroom has a custom-made bathtub and a double basin sink made of stone blocks.
