Located in a residential area just outside Buenos Aires, this residence was built on a site overlooking a lagoon and a golf course. The modern house is an achievement of Remy Arquitectos for a couple who wanted to have enough space to entertain their children and grandchildren.
The exterior consists of volumes of raw concrete which are superimposed and integrate perfectly glazed parts and other openwork as well as the entrance door and the garage. The interior is centered around a space with a double height ceiling that visually connects all spaces. A reflection pool rests under stairs. A large swing door opens onto the spa and pool at the back of the house. Warm wood slices with cold marble and rough concrete for more depth and contrast. Upstairs, there are three guest bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms in the front, while the master bedroom and office are placed at the back to enjoy the view.
