One of the most iconic and recognizable building structures in the world is surely Eiffel Tower in Paris, France. It was constructed between 1887 and 1889 as the entrance to the 1889 World's Fair. The tower was named after French engineer Alexandre Gustave Eiffel, whose company designed and built the tower. The 324 metres (1,063 ft) tower has three levels for visitors, with restaurants on the first and second levels. The top level's upper platform of the Eiffel Tower is 276 m (906 ft) above the ground and is usually accessible only by lift. The stair walk from ground level to the first level is over 300 steps, as is the climb from the first level to the second level of the tower.
This analog photo of Eiffel Tower was taken in 2003.
