
Sydney and New South Wales are some of most popular place for vacation in Australia, especially for us Malaysians.
Extra special when we get to photograph our time spent those places so we can cherish memories forever. Here are compilation of list of places where you can take nice and beautiful photos in Sydney and sourrounding areas.
- Vivid Sydney Here is the largest festival of music, light and ideas in Southern Hemisphere. Also featuring interesting outdoor light installations, international and Australian music performances. Here full of arts for people of all ages.
- Bondi to Coogee coastal walk Here is one of the most popular walking paths in Sydney, with fantastic and breathtaking views of the ocean on one side and rolling green land full will modern and chic architecture on the other.
- Art Gallery of New South Wales, The Domain This is an extensive collection of artistically-diverse permanent exhibitions. Featuring the work of Australian and international artists alike, there’s something for every artistic palette here.
- Paddington Reservoir Gardens Formerly used as a secret underground reservoir, now has been transformed into a public green space
- Forgotten Songs art installation Straddling an alleyway with a display of dangling bird cages, coupled sweet melody of bird song.
Outside of Sydney there also more cool photo spots you can experience :
- Long Jetty, Central Coast Long Jetty is famous for being the longest jetty in all of New South Wales. Approximately two hours by car from Sydney’s Central Business District.
- The Three Sisters, Blue Mountains Situated in the Blue Mountains National Park and just a 1.5 hours drive from Sydney. Legend said that three sisters had fallen in love with three men from an opposing tribe and wanted to marry them. However, their marriage was forbidden by tribal law, which enraged the three brothers, causing them to start a war between two tribes.
A witch decided to turn the three sisters into stone, protecting them from harm during the war. Though he intended to bring them back to their original forms after the war but he was killed in battle.
Besides snapping photos of the Three Sisters from Echo Point Lookout, there is also a walking track that begins next to Echo Point Visitor Centre, leading visitors through eucalypt forest.
- Pretty Beach and Pebbly Beach, Shoalhaven Famous for an abundance of free-roaming kangaroos, here are perfect locations for camping trips and picnics. Only three hours drive down the New South Wales South Coast.
