No Tour Guide For Steeman

Steeman, being the considerate superhero he is, didn't want to burn Hive account@elsiekjay's RC completely. It's quite a journey to Kenya - he had to jump through a few nodes and navigate a VPN. He basically travelled half of the journey through Amazon's AWS system via Elsie's ThreeSpeak account.

This managed to save about 50% of the required RC. Hurray Steeman.

He was partially looking forward to having a cool tour guide. He'd seen Harshil Patel's Kenya video on the IPFS continuum.

| Unfortunately, it wasn't to be.
