Well... to be honest it's not only practice like a machine but smart practice. I used to apply the equation (practice.practice.practice)^3 since my eighteens-nineteens and even if it worked a little bit, in seven years i progressed less than in eight months of smart practice.

So you probably have to rethink that =)
