[Art] Dragon Ball Z - canvas painting - 추억의 만화 드래곤볼을 캔버스에 옮겨보자

안녕들 하신가요? 오랫만에 아트 포스팅으로 돌아온 Hash 입니다. 초등생 시절 아무데나 늘 끄적이던 만화캐릭터들 ^^. 저에게 학교 친구들이 그림좀 그려달라며 조르기도 했는데요, 그중 가장 많이 그린 인기만화 캐릭터들이 바로 드래곤볼이 아닐까 하네요.

이 그림은 호주에 사는 광적인 드래곤볼의 팬, 빌리군의 조름(?)으로 인해 완성된 작품들입니다. 나이가 들어 그리다보니연습장에 끄적일때보다 퀄리티와 스케일이 조금더 나은듯 합니다. 이제 공개를 해보겠습니다 +_+

Hi everyone, I'm back with my usual art posting here! You will love my posting today if you are a big fan of the Dragon Ball Z!! We all read graphic novels in our childhood, Dragonball Z is the most popular comics and Songoku was one of my favourite characters.

This canvas artwork is for my friend who is crazy about the Dragon Ball Z, and it is still hanging on his wall at his house. I hope you will enjoy my artwork process.

추억의 만화 드래곤볼을 캔버스에 옮겨보자

오늘 포스팅 하는 그림은 큰 캔버스 두점입니다. 둘다 드래곤볼의 메인캐릭터인 손오공을 주제로 그렸어요.

So, I will introduce two of my Songoku painting. Here is the process... :)

연필로 스케치를 한후 젯소를 바릅니다

Sketch with a pencil, and put gesso to make a canvas better condition for adding the colours.

그후 엷은 베이지색으로 바탕색을 칠한후, 보라색으로 효과를 줍니다

Put the background colour, and add the purple for the effect

색을 칠하며 완성해 가는 과정에서 연필선이 사라져 갑니다. 물감값이 없어서 전문가용 아크릴이 아닌 학생용을 쓰니 2-3번씩 덧칠 해줘야하는군요. 물감값을 아껴 산 라면을 흡입하며 계속해서 작업을 합니다.

The original sketch will slowly fade out while painting. I used the cheap student acrylic, it wasn't a good quality of the colour - I had to add the same colours 2 or 3 times after dried.

작업향상속도를 올리기 위해 헤어드라이어로 말리고 덧칠하고를 계속합니다. 채색이 다 끝나가면 위에 마커펜으로 깔끔하게 정리도 해줍니다 ^^

Keep on doing the same things - add the colour and dry and add the colour. After that, tidy and the lines with a marker pen :) .... after that it's completed!

두번째 작품입니다. 개인적으로 이 그림이 훨씬 맘에 들어요. 공을 많이 들였거든요. 작업과정 중 거주할곳이 마땅하지않아서 헛간이나 옥상같은데 숨어서 그렸더니 작업과정을 미처 못찍었습니다. 떠돌아 다니며 남의집 살이를 하던 시절에 그린것이라 카펫에 물감이 떨어질수 있다며 작업을 금지시켜서 이렇게 어렵게 완성시킨듯 합니다.

캐릭터는 아크릴과 마커펜으로, 배경과 이펙트는 스프레이캔으로, 그리고 용은 황금색 마커펜으로 그렸어요 >_</

This is the second one. I personally like this painting as I put lots of effort and time. I also have some memory for this picture, I had to hide and draw it secretly because my previous house owner didn't likeI'm painting - they worried about their carpet, it might have covered by paint while I'm painting.... All though their interuptting, I made it!!
The charactor painted by acrylic and a marker pen, the background and effect are painted by spray cans, and the dragon created by the gold marker pen :D

어떤가요? 손으로 진짜 물감을 사용해 그린 캔버스화라 프린트되어 파는 시중의 것과는 확실히 차이가 납니다 ^^ 질감도 그렇고 실제 캔버스화는 훨씬 더 깊이감이 느껴지니까요. 두작품은 현재 드래곤볼을 사랑하는 호주인 소유임을 알립니다. 집에 장식해 놓은 한냐 (바람의 검신) 무드등과 잘 어울리는군요. 누군가가 제그림을 오랫동안 사랑해주는것은 참 기분좋은 일인것 같습니다.

How is it? Isn't it different with the printed canvas? Plus they are unique as it's the REAL. Those paintings are displayed somewhere is Melbourne with who loves Dragon Ball Z!
It always makes me feel good if the clients are happy with my artworks :)
