The Galician José Manuel Castro López creates sculptures based on stones with a dynamic, gelatinous effect, as the stones could be molded as plasticine. The effect captivates immediately, because it seems as if the stone had surrendered to the heat and melted into an endless variety of forms.
The artist manipulates the stones in such a way that they become works of art, something we definitely do not see in our daily life.
