Three years ago I made exactly this drawing in commemoration of a harpy eagle that was around 40 years in captivity in a park in Caracas, called Morena. After this beautiful bird died, they dissected it and moved it to the Museum of Natural Sciences of Caracas.
The technique with which I made the drawing was based on fine lines and points for combing the feathers. To separate the bird from the bottom I did apply a thick line.
The materials I used were precision markers or thin tips of various thicknesses, and the support was opaline cardboard.

Hace tres años exactamente hice este dibujo en conmemoración a un águila harpía que estuvo alrededor de 40 años en cautiverio en un parque de Caracas, llamada Morena. Después de que esta hermosa ave murió, la disecaron y la trasladaron al Museo de Ciencias Naturales de Caracas.
La técnica con que hice el dibujo fue a base de puntos y líneas finas para el peinado de las plumas. Para separar el ave del fondo sí apliqué una línea gruesa.
Los materiales que usé fueron rotuladores de precisión o punta fina de varios grosores, y el soporte fue cartulina opalina.
