For those interested in the details....
The Skye Fleur Collection is a collection of flowers inspired by photographs of clouds taken here and there with no particular item in mind. This particular cloud photograph is full of possibilities and may be used many times for all sorts of flowers or fish, etc.
Daylilies are found in fields growing freely as well as in manicured gardens and today the Daylily is presented in the sky for your pleasure.
The several transition stages are just that....a work in progress. Many times if you will take a photograph to black and white....this will assist in determining the shapes and movement in the piece without the distraction of pigment for the purpose of how best to use the photograph or once the artwork is at a certain stage...how best to finish it.
