Or, was this the last nail for part of the culture in our little town?

Well now that place looks like this.
It was (kinda still is) our Culture house (Dom Kulture). For years it was a home for all kind of cultural gatherings, from folclore, dancing, choirs, painters exhibitions, theatre plays. Even as it was never fully functional (mostly because heating was never done right) it was a place where people gathered.
Last two years it was closed because they started renovating it, but as all things go in our country they did a shiti job. They got some funds and decided to renovate all at once but started from the fasade. It was nice from the outside. We all knew that promises will not be held but we hoped that it will be finished someday. Now i am not sure that it will ever be :(
They say that this old projector was still in working condition. Pitty
