This is what I found walking the endless maze that is Taichung City, Taiwan. Taichung is the second largest city in Taiwan and bigger than anything that I have experienced.
The street artists in Taiwan would be particularly vulnerable when a government who's reputation of a harsh punishment system overshadows its art scene.
