After a failed bank robbery, Sam moves Captain Cold, Heatwave, Weather Wizard and Trickster (Axel Walker) to a safe place.
A few hours later, Scudder blames Axel for everything, but when he starts throwing mud at Lisa Snart, Leonard dismisses the Rogues.
Later, the Cold leads the former team members to the "DNA Recoder". This machine should endow the Rogues with the power of their own weapons. During the process, realizing that the car is about to explode, the Mirror Master tells Leonard's sister to leave. Waking up after the explosion, the main character and the others see that Lisa has fallen into a coma. Sam understands what is inside each mirror. He calls his prison the "Mirror World."
A few days later, someone finds Scudder. The Mirror Master understands that this is his girlfriend. It turns out that this is only an astral projection. Together, they leave Central City.

Back in town, the Mirror Master and his girlfriend Golden Glider find out that Mick and Walker has been recaptured by The Flash. Having made a plan, the main character and Lisa free Rory and the Trickster. When a Glider hijacks one of the trains, Sam moves it to the Mirror World. Scudder opens a portal for the Rogues to escape, but they are blocked by a thick layer of ice created by the Cold. After freezing an entire street, Leonard joins Barry. Having moved the Heatwave and Marco into the Mirror World, the main character lures Allen here. Sam tries to turn Flash into a giant mirror, but he breaks free and knocks him out.
Scudder has hand-to-hand combat skills.
