The action takes place in Flashpoint Timeline.
Wayne (Flashpoint) reads a bedtime story to Bruce Wayne (Flashpoint) and swears that he will protect him from all harm.
A few months after Bruce's death and before becoming Batman, the protagonist sees the Joker (Flashpoint) kill Alfred Pennyworth (Flashpoint). Thomas calls the orderlies.
A few days later, Flashpoint Batman kills his partner Oswald Cobblepot (Flashpoint), and a few days later, the Riddler (Flashpoint).
Thomas, breaking into Mr. Freeze's (Flashpoint) lair and finding that his master is absent, gets rid of Nora Fries (Flashpoint), after which he contacts Citizen Cold (Flashpoint). After informing Leonard of the girl's death, Batman of Flashpoint learns that Victor is in Central City (Flashpoint). The main character asks Snart to destroy Mister Freeze. Citizen Cold did so. Thomas later kills Kite-Man (Flashpoint).
A few days later, Flashpoint Batman eliminates Bane (Flashpoint). Having found Catwoman (Flashpoint), the main character tried to kill her. Unfortunately, he didn't succeed. As a result, he adopts Selina.
Kyle becomes Flashpoint Batman's partner. Later, the heroes remember how they met.
A few days later, they stop Ventriloquist (Flashpoint), Tweedledee (Flashpoint) and Tweedledum (Flashpoint). Later, the main character tells Catwoman about Bruce.
After some time, the heroes stop the Killer Croc (Flashpoint). Later they, returning to the "Wayne Manor" (Flashpoint), encounter the Joker who appears. Martha shoots Selina in the stomach. Stopping the Joker, Thomas performs Operation Kyle. Later, Selina decides to become an assistant to Flashpoint Batman named Oracle (Flashpoint).
A few hours after Martha committed suicide, the main character gets drunk and, as he believes, "speaks to the ghost of the deceased Bruce."
Once Thomas killed Pre-Flashpoint Reverse-Flash (Eobard Thawne) (New), and Flash (Barry Allen) (New) returned to the past and created a new Multiverse, Flashpoint Batman's realized that this chronology was still alive.
After a new outbreak, the protagonist sees that the entire Gotham (Flashpoint) is under the dome. After Batman/Flash, Thomas destroys the detonator and flees into the void. A second later, Flashpoint's Batman sees a red flash in front of him.
The action takes place on Prime Earth in Gotham. When he wakes up, the protagonist sees in front of him a live Post-Flashpoint Reverse-Flash (Eobard Thawne) (prime). It turned out that Eobard saved Thomas a second before his death. Thawne tells Flashpoint Batman about the "Comedian button" (Watchmen Universe). After the conversation, Reverse-Flash escapes.
A few months later, the main character, hiding, sees how Bruce (prime) proposes to Catwoman (Selina Kyle) (prime). Later, Thomas learns that Batman (prime) and Superman (prime) are coming on a double date with their girls. A few days later, Flashpoint Batman's discovers Selina (prime) escaping from an unknown building with a wedding dress. A few days later, the main character finds the wounded Joker (prime) in the ruins of an unknown building. Thomas learns that Bane (prime) is behind the current crimes. After that, Flashpoint Batman performs an operation on the Joker. Deciding to "help" Bruce to stop being Batman (prime) and finding Bane, the main character joins him. After the battle in the Nain Pit, Thomas gets out of it, mounts his horse and goes back to Gotham.
After the events that took place in the previous part, Flashpoint Batman, having met the Commissioner again, learns that Batman (prime) has returned to the city, and also knocked out Detective Two-Face and Detective Pig (prime). After the conversation, the main character leaves. Finding an exhausted Claire, Thomas consoles her. When Flashpoint Batman's put Clover into her bedroom, Wesker comes to him with a message from Bane. Upon learning that it is necessary to kill Robin (Damian Wayne), the main character goes to the batcave. Arriving there, Thomas points a gun at Damian and is about to pull the trigger.
Determined not to kill Robin, Flashpoint Batman removes the gun. Having got out, Damian attacks the main character. During the fight, Damian is joined by Batgirl (prime), Batwoman (Kate Kane) (prime), Huntress (prime), Orphan (Cassandra Cain) (prime), Robin (Tim Drake) (prime) and Signal (prime). As a result, the heroes beat Thomas. When Helena fired an arrow at Flashpoint Batman, he caught it and plunged it into Tim's chest. As soon as the light is cut out in the Batcave, the main character attacks the heroes. Thomas beats them severely. After breaking out of the cave, Flashpoint Batman orders the butler to pour tea. The Ventriloquist did just that. Later, the protagonist hits Arnold and leaves.
Once in the Batmobile, Thomas and Wesker travel to the site of the battle between Batman (prime) and Catwoman and Bane. Arriving there, Flashpoint Batman fired three bullets: two hit Bruce in the stomach, and the last one in Bane's forehead. After that, the main character tells the Ventriloquist to find the Psycho-Pirate. Going outside, Thomas sees in the sky the symbol of the creator of the Multiverse named Perpetua (Sixth Dimension). Thanks to Roger, Flashpoint Batman manages to take control of the rest of the Bat-family (prime), except for Batman (Bruce Wayne). Having brought the knocked out Bruce and Alfred's corpse to the estate, the main character tells Arnold to seat them at a table in a room without an exit. Wesker did just that.
Sometime later, Thomas tells his two detectives to take Bane to Arkham Asylum. They did just that. Before Batman (Bruce Wayne) woke up, Flashpoint's Batman wrote the phrase "You're not Batman!" On their family portrait in red paint.
The main character tells Selina through Hayden to free Bruce and bring him to him. Batmen attack each other. During the battle, Bruce is joined by Kyle, who is out of control of the Psycho-Pirate. Thomas learns that Catwoman and Ventriloquist have gotten out of Roger's control thanks to Scarface (prime). The heroes knock out Flashpoint Batman. When he wakes up, the main character realizes that he has become a prisoner of Arkham Asylum.
A few hours after talking with Batman (prime), Thomas is confronted by the awakened Bane. The latter breaks the back of the Flashpoint Batman with his signature move.
