The action takes place in a chronology called Flashpoint. While having lunch with Dexter, Thomas listens to a report in which it turns out that the Atlanteans have captured Britain, and Aquaman threatens to flood everything if people don't stop poisoning the water with waste. After calling Oswald, Wayne tells him to look after Dexter and goes to the bat room. Batman is still trying to figure out why his timeline and Reverse Flash still exist. Turning on the news, the main character learns that:
- Director Waller calls every imprisoned meta-human in the country into the U.S. Army. All of them will be under the control of a telepath known as the "Son of Saturn";
- someone killed Oliver Queen;
- Poison Ivy is still considered missing.
Given the circumstances, Thomas takes Chill's gun with him.
After infiltrating the place where Diana is being held, Wayne kills several guards. Batman offers her a deal. Sneaking up to Orin, the main character ties his throat with the "lasso of truth". Emperor Aquaman says he hasn't sent a Scavenger anywhere in the last few weeks. After escaping and beating Thomas, Orin tells him what happened to Wonder Woman's army. After some time, Diana stabs the Emperor Aquaman with his own trident, thereby killing him. Wonder Woman tells Wayne to leave and let the world know she's coming. Batman says nothing matters right now.
Returning to the estate, the main character sees Cobblepot teaching the son of the late Harvey to shoot a pistol. The room with sculptures suffered from these trainings. After telling Oswald that he is a good fellow, Thomas quietly goes to the bat room.
