Hello!
Now we will talk about what happened to Batman after becoming a vampire.
The action takes place in an unknown universe. Looking down on the whole of Gotham at night, Kirk realizes that now he sees the vicious soul of this city, and that it needs to be cleansed of it. Wandering through the streets, a hungry Langstrom notices how a bad husband is beating his wife. Intervening in order to save the woman, the main character pounces on the offender and drinks all his blood. However, the angry wife stabs Kirk in the back. He wants to kill her, but at some point stops and runs away. Langstrom realizes that despite the beatings, she still loved her husband. Also, the main character understands that if he stops drinking someone else's blood, then cancer will return to him.
Returning to his parents, Kirk asks to spend the night. His father Edward silently leaves. The mother politely explains that the father does not like the main character, since he does not look like him. Kirk says he needs his mother, but she politely asks him to leave.
PREVIOUS
On the first day of becoming a vampire, Langstrom robs a blood bank and, not of his own free will, kills a man.
NOW
The next day, the main character, while in a cafe, meets his ex-girlfriend Francine Lee. The only pleasant thing for both of them is that they are best friends. Kirk tries to apologize for not contacting her for a long time, but her husband Harv comes up and starts throwing mud at Langstrom in order to provoke him. The main character politely tries to leave, but Francine's husband forcibly puts him in his place. Angry, Kirk throws Harv out the window. Apologizing to Lee, Langstrom escapes.
He returns to a makeshift laboratory in the basement of a building ready for demolition. Kirk is tormented by the realization that he no longer belongs in this world, but hunger completely captures him. Having demolished the laboratory, Langstrom puts on dark gloves and a mask, after which he goes for "food".
For the next week, the main character hunts criminals and sucks the blood out of them, thereby killing them. The newspapermen called Langstrom Batman and he likes that name.
Later, the main character begins hunting for the head of all Gotham crime - Lew Moxon. Kirk pretends to be a janitor in the building where Moxon is scheduled to meet with other criminal families and his old friend, Rupert Thorne. One of Lew's people pays Langstrom to hide. After changing clothes, Batman waits for everyone in the second meeting room. He hears Rupert shooting himself. When everyone comes in, the main character pounces on them. Lew and his "mutt" and the psychopath Joe Chill are still alive. Both offer Kirk to join them, but he refuses.
A FEW DAYS BEFORE THAT
Langstrom makes inquiries about Maxon and his henchmen. He finds out that Joe has a congenital hereditary disease, a biobomb with a clockwork mechanism.
NOW
Batman brutally kills Chill and Lew, while sucking all the blood out of them, and escapes.
A few days later, the main character comes to Moxon's funeral. Kirk sees that Lew's wife and son are really suffering. Langstrom understands how similar he and Jeremy Moxon are, in terms of family. They are both opposites of their fathers.
Batman pursues Jeremy for the next few days. Finally, the main character manages to talk to Moxon's son.
Over the next few days, the main character and Jeremy become friends, and the former continues to secretly rob blood banks. Kirk tells Moxon's son about cancer, bloodlust, and all the disgusting things he's done. Surprisingly, Jeremy not only believes Langstrom, but also accepts it. Without a doubt, with genuine sympathy. Moxon even tries to help Batman with the creation of a cure for vampirism. Back at the Moxon estate, the two discover that Angela Moxon (Jeremy's mother) is dead. Jeremy says that, according to the mafia, Lew recorded every action of the cartel. The mafiosi did this because they think that the main character's friend allegedly knows where these records are. Kirk feels bloodlust again and accepts it. Leaving Jeremy in the lab, Langstrom begins hunting.
Over the next few weeks, Batman learns about the two chapters fighting for Lew's place. The first is unknown, and the second calls himself Sovereign. After killing the members of the second gang, the main character finds the leader. It turns out to be Joe Chill, who is somehow alive. Kirk shoots Joe, but Joe still beats him up. It turns out that bullets have no effect on Chill. Langstrom also learns that, thanks to his bite, Joe came to life, got out of the grave and took over half of Gotham. Batman wants to die, but Chill's words that he will somehow harm his friend, pisses him off. Taking an axe, the main character cuts Joe into small pieces, thereby finally killing him. Chill was the key to the cure for vampirism, but Kirk doesn't care anymore. Langstrom finds out that Jeremy was the leader of the first gang all this time. The innocent, perfect son was just an elaborate illusion.
Back at the Moxon estate, Batman interrogates his friend. Jeremy says that he and the main character are like brothers. With grief, Kirk kills his friend. Climbing to the roof of the estate, Langstrom cries.
I hope you enjoy it.
