This work which you will see here is something very unusual for me! Actually this one was a commissioned work. I don't really practice drawing something like this in my own time so i had to make this because i was asked to.
I have never made a nude drawing, I don't think i ever will do it. I think this one is as close as it gets for me! This work was on really large size paper-60x90cm. The person who commissioned it wanted to have a large size drawing of a human male figure, to frame it later and hang it in his restaurant. He sent me some photos later of what exactly he wants so later i tried my best to take all that digital material and turn that into a drawing on paper.
There are really two ways to draw a person-You can draw a face, which will be a portrait, or you can draw a humans body which than will be a human figure. I think you don't have to get medical about it and learn how to draw bones and nerves and so on, because you don't see those every day. I think it is important to learn how to draw the types of people you see every day. Basic shapes of the body, muscles.
