This enthusiastic response fueled enough mojo to open a portal from Terreden to Riccoli high up in the sky. A balloon ferry terminal was built and diplomatic relationship have now been established between both worlds. A legion of automatons are now hard at work with engineers from Irola to build a mega-structure as a cultural gift to the city. What these Irola citizens expect in return is unclear.
Interestingly enough a river has appeared along with this multi-dimensional bridge so Riccolians were hard pressed to build an actual bridge if they were to visit their ancestors in Haunted Manor O’Lan. Seriously, with that manor, who needs a cemetery?
Another amazing new cite is the Earth Ship Hotel. Built with the future in mind, this brand new ecological dwelling is mostly underground but skylights allow natural light to penetrate in all areas. Made almost exclusively from recycled material, you can expect workshops and seminars on permaculture, yoga and brewing kombucha amongst many other subjects.
The portal is quickly turning into a touristic attraction and has been welcome by the Tombola community which inhabits the circular houses. They see it as part of a proffecy leading to the enlightenment of all citizens and are prominently the ones who have visited Irola so far.
Many are annoyed to see the Tombola using this event to seize even more power in the city and are worried that the mega-structure might render the town unrecognizable. The Irola diplomats have convinced them of their good will but some remain suspicious regardless, especially the seniors community who see the arrival as outlandish.
