As the grass and the leaves turn to orange and brown,
You know change is upon us, as the fall season has come
A season of change and acceptance, as all the leaves fall and days and night are in balance
Everywhere you look, life is changing which reminds us to savor every moment before it comes to past
We learn to accept this changes and appreciate life more to the fullest
This season makes us reconnect with ourselves as we retreat to the comfort of our own home
we tend to focus on our health with nutrition and ways to boost out immunity,
we protect ourselves with layers of clothing as we learn what is safe and comforting.
As temperature drops and the leaves fall, with all the changes occuring at the same time, we simply learn just to let go.
