This fractal animation has been rendered and created using JWildFire 3.3.1 in the Galaxy Style
I have rendered 120 fractal images for the first half of the animation and another 120 fractal images for the second half of the video. This makes a total of 240 fractal images rendered to create this video. I have uploaded the video to my YouTube Channel and please subscribe to me there if you like my fractal animations.
Please note: All of the fractals used to create these animations are of my own design and settings, please feel free to use TinEye or any other image reverse search to check.
Inspiration
I decided to finally watch The Last Jedi (which sucked) and the whole space thing got me wanting to render some galaxy animations. I was going to do them as part of my Fractal Images series but I decided to see what the galaxy style would look like as an animation. Admittedly they don't look as good as animated mandlebrots or gnarls, but they do look kind of cool and maybe with a few tweaks here and there they could look really awesome.

First & Last Renders
Here are the first and last renders from both styles, please note that I selected the last render from before the morphing into the second style.
Coming Soon... Mega Animation
I am currently working on some new animations, and I will be releasing each one as part of this series. After every 10 unique fractal animations I will begin merging them into extra long fractal animations with a minimum target time of 5 minutes video length.
