We all have bad days. Its something inevitable. We cannot choose when it'll happen. Sometimes, no matter how hard we try to make our days better, there is just something out of our control that will come and sweep our efforts away. But you know what, I learned that during these days, we all should just learn to let go. There will be bad days, but there are also good ones.
So what do I do when its a bad one? I divert my attention and let go of the emotions which may cause me harm if left unmanaged. And here is what i sometimes do to make myself feel better after a bad day, I grab my coloring book and colored pencils and just color my emotions away.
I was never good in drawing , like I really suck at it so thank heavens for the people who invented coloring books. I know this is not as good as others but I really find it relaxing and somehow fulfilling when I am able to finish a page.
This book is a gift from 1 of my friends , she knew I was into this so she bought me one.
I like how colors represent one's emotions. I am amazed by how they blend and how they look good one you have finished everything. Allow me to share with you my work =) .
