Hi, guys!
My creative journey goes on, and today I think that I already fixed my day regime enough to start collecting benefits from it. One thing I'm yet about to manage with is to relax and focus on one thing at a time, without thinking about how many tasks I still have for the day, cause it only distracts me from what I'm doing.
So - goal number one - study to focus on one thing at a time. Even now, when I'm writing this post - focus on it, my dear head, OK? Stop spreading thoughts all over:) And than repeat for everything I do:)
I also found a really cool web site for dance training, want to go on with physical activity on the lockdown. Today will make a first test-drive:)
