Hi, guys!
Yesterday I went to aerial gymnastics training for the first time. Well, the first time since I got injured and had to miss six months.
Of course, I did very little. Not only do I now need to lift 12 kilograms more than I needed before (I really hope that with the return to normal life, the weight will also be brought back to normal), my muscles have also weakened greatly in six months, and now they don’t understand at all what I want from them.
Unfortunately, it is now possible to go to aerial gymnastics only once a week. There are simply no coaches who could lead it more often. But this will get better sooner or later. But I can stretch three times a week, and now I’ve also started trying contemporary. I keep reminding myself that this is all about the journey, not the destination. So far it works.
And of course, I continue to take drawing courses. Now I am a portrait stylizer, I switched to the second module, and now there will be more completed paintings.
Right now it's just line art, and I'm planning to add some color tonight. The task was to draw both parts of the skull and the outer parts of the face at the same time, to once again make sure that the structure is clear:
