Yesterday I went to the pottery workshop, where I have been creating sculptures for almost a year, and something terrible happened: their kiln burned down. Of course, it will be repaired, but only by the end of September, and I have so many works in the queue for firing, now I expect to see them all ready at best by the new year.
But nevertheless, you can continue to practice purely modeling, and by the time the furnace is repaired, you can stick even more than you have now. Nightmare, how many icing classes will I have to go through to complete all this.
Yesterday I decided to relax and not do anything complicated, I decided to just make a few cups, one of them for hand painting, and a palette for watercolor. I already made one, in the shape of a house, but an Instagram ad gave me another very interesting and more practical option, so I decided to make a second one. I tried my best to make it as smooth as possible.
Two cups with foxes, one for painting, and another one on which I tried to imitate the bark of a tree:
