The Gift - illustration and poetry collab

I suddenly realized that I shared this illustration, but never shared the reason why it was created:) It was a collaboration with an awesome poet Darin LaGarry, you can check him out on deviantart. I made the illustration, he wrote a poem, and we bridged our creations. And that's what came out:
