Today I'd like to show you my new sketch from"tips to feel better" series.
When I was in my deepest depression of course no bright side existed for me. Actually it's not the advice to give to someone in real, clinical depression cause perception in this state changes together with the chemistry of the brain, and one just can't find a bright side even in a happiest event. I perfectly know how it feels.
Not after months of therapy I'm learning to seek for the bright side again. As you know, at the moment I'm in process of cleaning my apartment (only actual cleaning left, no more garbage is here), and I'm doing it also in order to clean my mind and thoughts.
