So back when I used to have a lot of spare time on my hands, I loved to draw. I'm really into pop art and for a while used to draw a lot of famous TV/movie couples. My all-time favorite couple is Lucy and Ricky from "I Love Lucy." I love these pieces and plan to some day make my bedroom Lucy themed.
These first three pieces were initially drawn out in pencil, then finalized with black pens and markers. I then scanned in the finished drawings and added the color in Photoshop.
The following piece is made up entirely of black pen dots (a process called stippling).

And even closer. Needless to say, this piece took quite a LONG time! But the final result was very rewarding.
I love the show so much that I named two of my indoor cats Lucy and Ricky. We had a stray female cat show up that lives outside, so I named her Ethel. Now I just need a male that I can name Fred! :)
