Well, my original treatment, or ‘storyline’ for this illustration painting, (tho far too grand for my effort)... is in reference to Vincent Van Gogh's posthumous fame / influence during the first world war...
I had originally titled this arte mechanix: "VINCENT TAMES WAR, AGAIN - July 29, 2090" (the 200 year anniversary of his death).
That in a future war of transhuman and AI on a battlefield, a whisper of Vincent’s vision still resonates.
