Frida Kahlo was once asked why she had so many self-portraits. She replied: "It's because I know myself the best."
I, too, know myself well and my nature, which is always at hand, is me. Sometimes I get sad, sometimes for some reason there is a tragedy in my face. Most of all I like to draw on motives of the successful photos (in general with a photo to draw most easier).
