Key feature: the two stemware (usually jugs). One bowl is containing red liquid (masculine soul), the other, is containing blue liquid (feminine soul).
Lady Temperance pours the liquid with moderation, mixing the content to a violet, the color of the spirit. Symbolically their rebirth, their reincarnation as perfect balanced single entity.
Temperance is the card of Moderation.
