Hi everyone, as I continue to search through my archives, I have finally found something I thought I lost it.
We used to have a platform that pays for uploading content before, it was called TSU where I met some of the coolest people online and also later in person; from Kuala Lumpur to Rotterdam.
And I remembered when I saw some of the most beautiful birds captured by the professional photographers there I could not help but to give it a try.
Do you believe I technically never really drawn a bird?
I used to sketch a lot of humans, that's where the manga practices came from, and a lot of image editing too, where you can see my sharing at Once addicted game. And how I improved my writing and my image editing little by little..
Trees and still objects, well, I didn't do that well in high school.
Animals, insects; I never did, not in details. I think... EVER. Not even in 2B pencils.
So at the moment, back in 2015, I stared at the beautiful photo on my phone.
Why not?
And at that spur of a moment, I picked up the pen...
And this is what I had, my first sketch technically after 7 years from the day I sketched that little bumble bee cutie and it was not a human figure. :)
I can't say it is perfect, but I can't say it is worth down the trash either.
Those who saw this before at the platform would definitely be .
I am not sure if Bev is here in steemit. If she is, she is one of the best professionals for bird photography I have ever come across. I totally loved her work. So much that I attempted to stretch my fingers again.
There are times when you think that what you used to have you have lost it, it is not the case. Each of us has that something creative, beautiful, marvellous in us that is just dormant; and when we have that tiny mustard seed of faith to pick it up again, take that one step forward, be eager to learn and fail and pick ourselves up again, who knows what we can achieve?
