Hello, friends! This Sunday evening I decided to take time for a short post from me. Total immersion is what's happening in my life right now. My classes at the Academy are in full swing. Although I try to keep track of what is happening on the platform, but of course all the time devoted to drawing.
On a tight schedule and long hours of training in the art workshops. The beginning of began and basis fundamentals. All with a clean slate, with the simplest lines, strokes and details. Here break and form anew our consciousness, teach correctly to see and understand plastic anatomy. The founder of this science was Leonardo da Vinci, he owns the phrase " the artist must know what he draws, but draw what he sees." Leonardo gave the world the method of the artist's work "from the depth to the surface" : first to study the skeleton, then to understand how muscles are superimposed on it. This is how we are taught to draw the most perfect creature on earth — man.
Classical school of drawing and painting in our time is not everywhere in demand. There are many art schools where they teach to create a performance, an action, to come up with an object, to shock the audience. Modern art excludes taboo, it can be anything. I don't know what direction from classical to avant-garde will be closer to me still time will tell. I'm still at the beginning of my journey. Until then ... we take places at easels, we lay out the drawing accessories near on stools, in Studio it becomes very silent and our teacher, passing from one easel to another, in a low voice gives councils
I wish you all a lot of positive and a good start to the new week. In conclusion, I want to show my recent drawing "Lady in red". I was inspired by the quote Valentino Garavani - "Red is the best color. It suits any woman, just need to remember that there are more than 30 different shades of red. Life, death, passion, the best way to end longing-that's what red is. You can't take your eyes off the woman in red."
Thank you for your attention and support! I'll see you soon ...
