Hello guys, as I said I take requests from time to time, just post in the comments.
I drew Tobi at the request of mr-upup who commented on my Itachi drawing.
I didn't make a tutorial for Tobi because he was fairly easy to draw, in my opinion almost anyone could draw him, enjoy. :P
