this how i made this,
first, rigging 3d character with standar rig system.
2nd, made animated pose for that character.
3rd, sculpt my character face and paint and texturing then finish it with lighting set up.
4th, now i go to MD apps to design clothes.
last, finish them and rendering image.
(note: i should use photoshop in last step to make it better, but i am not good at it. so here is my simple hero art)
