I just wanted to share what I have randomly discover the other day. Whenever you have a mind block for drawing, feel like destressing, you can do the following : it's called Neurologic Art.
It looks like something a small child can do, but there is actually a process to it. There's a few videos out there that explains what it is, but basically, this is the way I see it: You think of a question or whatsoever in your mind and you just draw lines that using the flow of your thoughts for full tree seconds. It is supposed to represent something that has to do with connections to your brain , you're better watching more details on the internet.
Once those lines are drawn, you have to go through them to take away all the little rough sharp corners to give it a more flowing effect. Once it's done (depending on how you feel), you can add up more lines to it and repeat the process.
After you have round up all those corners, you can add up colors to accentuate the drawing. I used watercolors as I am into it right now.
Here are some progress pics :
Something that is worth to try, it can be used as a focusing exercise as well. Eitherway, hope you guys like it, thanks for the view.
