Drawing Doraemon by Paint on PC very nice- No pencil

Today I will teach you how to draw a simple picture without using a pencil. Instead, I will use paint on PC or laptop very easily.
This is how I draw a Doraemon cat

Step 1 I sketched the tip of it, using a sharp circle,

Step 3 adds details such as feathers, nose, tail of the eyes and especially the magic bag
