Today, I worked on a new web site. "Why, Richard F. Yates, do you need ANOTHER web site?" you might ask. Truthful answer: I do not. I don't NEED to do any of this stuff...drawing, making podcasts, writing poems... However, I've been feeling, lately, like all of the artz that I'm making (blogging, NFTs, various social media shares, and physical stuff) is just getting lost under piles and piles and piles of pixels. (Mine and other folks'.) I mean, jeeze... Even if all you are looking at is my MAIN blog: @richardfyates it can take a LONG time to scroll through just the last few week's worth of posts. (I post a lot.)
So I decided to try and make another web site in order to provide links to my various NFTs (from different platforms), and maybe show some of my scattershot, freaky (not for sale [yet]) artistic output. (I make a lot.)
The new site isn't meant to replace my Hive blog but to compliment it. It's adding a possible new contact point (or NODE) for entities searching for artz or laughs or a good time! Maybe they'll even follow the trail BACK to the Hive and start buzzing themselves! (Roll one D20 to make a perception check!)
