I can't say that it was a simple artwork. I made a few mistakes here.
The first mistake (the biggest one): using cornmeal in the dough. It is absolutely not suitable for small modeling.
Second mistake: too coarse a fraction of salt. It is better to use extra fine salt or finely ground rock salt.
Third mistake: not applying primer before painting. Unfortunately, the rose did not have time to dry in a week due to the low temperature in the workshop and the incorrect airtight backing.
Fourth mistake: As can be seen from the previous one - the rose was not dried. And this is the problem.
The paint didn't adhere well to the dough. After drying, the rose would need to be coated with a fixative.
Unfortunately, I don't know if I'll be able to do it. This work was more of a test and educational one.

Red petals, green leaves and a blue pebble with black dots. This is the solution I came up with.
