Today I'm working on some handmade journal cause my customers asked me to buy some of them. I have different "design" for the cover, all of them featuring one of my own illustrations.
I hand cut every sheet on this pocket journal, but my favorite part of the work is to print and to cut the cover! I use to make a lot of different journal at the same time, so I can store them in a box I use just for them and so they are ready every time my customers need one of them.
Sure, even if I have different illustrations on my journals, people seem to prefer one of them: the orange teddy boy!
I painted this illustraton of the bear(an oil painting on paper) about 3-4 years ago, inspired by the teddy bear Goghi I had during all my child. I have so nice memory abut my "friendship" with that teddy bear and so It was beautiful to paint it to create some journals too.
