Painted in Protest of Amado Pinata's overpriced limited edition prints of glorified plastic portrayals of starving native Americans living in barren mud huts. I've often wondered if he ever bothered to stop by a Taco Baal for a $3.00 to go sack on his way to paint on location for his Indian subjects. Or does he prefer the stoic proud eyes of his subjects staring into their impoverished abyss. I picture him flipping a shiny 50 cent piece to a subject for allowing him to park his $75,000. mobile home on their property. After applying $8.oo worth of Windsor and Newton watercolor on a $15.00 art board, his latest limited addition print will bring in another cool million or so!I've always believed his "art" made about as much sense as building a sand box in a desert. P.S. Speaking of Taco Baal they've almost completely ruined the only true entree on their menu, the Burrito. Chunking the frozen thing into a microwave and nuking it until it glows in the dark and taste just as plastic as the coffin shaped box they serve it in.
