A HODL Family Holiday
This past week we created an open call for artwork and received some fantastic entries. Here's a breakdown of our favorites and the winning piece - by

Artwork Open Call: We called for a design a thumbnail illustration for The Creative Crypto Magazine focused on the theme of a family holiday dinner table and Bitcoin. We asked Steemians to do a cryptocurrency parody off of the classic Norman Rockwell painting (below). After all, the holidays are a special time of year when family gathers around a delicious home-cooked meal... and debates blockchain. See the full open call announcement, here.
We had some amazing entries, this was a tough decision. Ultimately, Hive account@ngfx came away with a hilarious and graphically compelling piece that served up some serious alt coin power. There's the family cat (cryptokitty) in the background with a HODL picture frame hanging lovingly by the dinner table. Congrats Hive account@ngfx!
