Here is my latest artwork of an Indian Hunter who owns an eagle as a pet. It was after I was done with the artwork that a friend told me it is wrong for an Indian lady to wear a headdress, So to every Indian out there, I am sorry for disrespecting your culture, I know almost nothing about it.
I would have preferred to hand colour this drawing but we all know computer and technology are always way easier, besides I don't think I can colour the background that good with my hands.
SOFTWARE- ADOBE PHOTOSHOP
Here is the last process.
First step- Rough Sketch
I first drew out my rough sketch with pencil, to get the shape of what I am to draw, I drew the diagonal lines of the face to get the right placement of the eyes, nose, mouth, bla bla bla
Second Step- Completed the Sketch and Inked.
At this level, I have completed the hand part of the drawing, made my adjustments, erased my mistakes and the pencil. Then calmly inked it with a black pen, shaded and did my hatching...
Tada!!!... Then I used photoshop to mask the lay colours on it, also added the background. I wanted to use a forest background but it didn't really blend into my taste...
That is what my combination of Hand drawing and photoshop looks like.
